At Kamal Watch, we strive to ensure your timepiece exceeds expectations, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and warranty cards intact.

Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original luxury box along with the instruction manual, warranty booklet, and any promotional gifts provided.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a secure, complimentary pickup from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our horologists verify the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
